2017 Program

speaker_1We are excited to convene a joint meeting in Providence, Rhode Island on January 11-13, 2017

In addition to concurrent sessions on all aspects of aquaculture, the conference will include multiple workshops, field trips and a trade show featuring 30 vendors servicing the industry.The program begins on Wednesday, January 11 with field trips to area aquaculture farms and research facilities (you must pre-register for a field trip). Once again, we are offering a  Recirculating Aquaculture Systems Technology Workshop hosted by Pentair Aquatic Eco-Systems. The workshop will be taught all day Wednesday (requires pre-registration). The opening reception will commence Wednesday evening
Thursday morning, the opening plenary session will feature short industry updates from around the northeast region. We then have five concurrent sessions and workshops followed by a poster session to round out the day. Thursday evening, attendees will be on their own to dine at one of the fine restaurants in this renown “foodie” town (We are partnering with local restaurants many of whom will be offering reduced fares on their menus for NACE attendees.  Friday has another day packed with five concurrent special sessions and workshops. Be sure to stay until the end of the day and enjoy a last refreshment before heading home.
